• Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards
• Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and efficient team
• Handle cash management, including register reconciliation, deposits, and financial accuracy
• Interact professionally and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Answer phones, take orders, and provide accurate information in a timely manner
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting an example for team members
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback to support team development
• Lift and move items up to 25 pounds regularly as part of daily operations
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement new initiatives and drive business goals
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges decisively and transparently
