We are looking for well groomed, outgoing individuals that are capable of communicating efficiently with a wide range of people, and are willing to learn. Applicant must be ready to come to work with a smile, and be ready to treat people with the Golden Rule. We want our customers to feel like they have been treated with top notch service, and that starts with you. Assistant Managers are expected to operate in a fast paced environment, and be capable of delegating to other team members the tasks that need to be completed at all times. Assistants are also required to learn everything that the General Manager knows so that they are able to step up when the time comes.
