Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Proficiency in math and problem-solving Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Food safety certification (preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player with a can-do attitude
