We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Decatur, United States location (1948 E Eldorado St.). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels Implement and maintain company policies and procedures Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities

Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Efficient time management and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems and scheduling software High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices Experience in staff training and development preferred
