We are looking for well groomed, outgoing individuals that are capable of communicating efficiently with a wide range of people, and are willing to learn. Assistant Managers are expected to operate in a fast paced environment, and be capable of delegating to other team members the tasks that need to be completed at all times. Assistants are also required to learn everything that the General Manager knows so that they are able to step up when the time comes.
