Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our O'Fallon, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and procedures
• Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving business goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives
• Step in to perform various operational tasks as needed during busy periods
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, effective decisions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in the industry is a plus
