Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Ballwin, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and efficiency
• Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
