We're excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager position at our Maryland Heights location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
• Train and develop team members, promoting their growth and success
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency
• Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to lead and develop people
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Food safety knowledge (preferred)
• Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Enthusiasm for the brand and motivation to achieve team goals
