Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assurance
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food expenses
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals and targets
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilities
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
• Analyze sales data and inventory reports to make informed business decisions
• Step in to perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation and order taking
• Proven experience in food service or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
• Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and basic accounting principles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems, including POS systems and inventory management software
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
