In this role, you'll work closely with the management accounting team, assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, helping to monitor performance against budgets.
• Reconciling ledger accounts and investigating any discrepancies.
• Working collaboratively with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Providing support for month-end and year-end accounting tasks.
• Helping to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.

Requirements:
• Ideally, you have a part-qualified or qualified accounting background (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or relevant work experience in management accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and management accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Friendly and proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills, able to liaise effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage priorities and work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Office based.
