About the Role

NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated Assistant Laundry Manager to support the efficient operation of the laundry department at NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort. This role plays a key part in ensuring that guest garments, team member uniforms, and resort linen are maintained to the highest quality and hygiene standards expected from a premium hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Laundry Manager in overseeing the day-to-day laundry operations.

• Ensure proper washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of guest laundry, uniforms, and resort linen.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure careful handling of all fabrics and garments.

• Supervise and guide the laundry team to maintain operational efficiency.

• Monitor machine usage, chemical consumption, and coordinate preventive maintenance of laundry equipment.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.

• Assist in managing linen inventory, uniform control, and laundry supplies.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of guest laundry services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a Laundry Supervisor or similar role within a hotel or resort environment.

• Good knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, and chemical handling.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
