Job Description

We are seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to join our daycare team. This is a full-time, day shift position in a nurturing early childhood environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the lead teacher in providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants

Supporting daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and naps

Engaging infants in age-appropriate activities

Maintaining a clean and organized classroom

Following all state regulations and center policies

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Early childhood classroom experience (required)

2-year degree or CDA (preferred)

Ability to work well as part of a team

Reliable, patient, and nurturing

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, day shift

$16–$17 per hour, based on experience
