Assistant In store Visual Merchandiser #JD Ερμού

We are looking for a talented and passionate In Store Visual Merchandiser for our JD Sports Store Εrmou! If you are a team player and you love Sports and Fashion, we want to meet you! As part of the in-store team, you will provide visual support to the store, engaging our customers by creative product placement and utilising the latest fashion trends. You will create window and in-store displays whilst maximising store profitability through enticing visual concepts.

Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising:

• Αnalyse sales figures such as weekly Trade reports (branch review, top 10 by brand, BI) to ensure store layout is commercially correct.
• Analyse reports to tackle any declining areas of the store.
• Showcase up and coming trends through products in store to maximise sales.
• Delegate and Implement weekly VM pack guidelines to your team in store where applicable
• Re-fresh packages to showcase best selling products as well as new styles to the business.
• Update window displays weekly to show the consumer the latest on trend, best selling product of the week.
• Continually think ahead, be pro active with new seasonal changes, peak trade initiatives and commercial awareness.
• Creating appealing and eye-catching displays that lead the customer through the store.
• Support Town Visual Manager with any area information as and when needed.
• Ensure 3 weeks rosters are complete for your Visual team alongside the store Manager.
• Contribute to any senior store visits from H/O or Retail.
• Be confident in decision making in store.
• Co-Head shop-fits for progression purposes as and when needed to do so.
• Effectively execute new window displays when new campaigns launch.

Communication & Vision:
• Effectively communicate weekly & Daily tasks down to your Delegates.
• Have strong communication skills with Area personnel.
• Create strong relationships with H/O co-ordinators through effective communication.
• Inspire creative change and new ways of working

People & Talent:
• Set clear Objectives to your delegates for their progression.
• Action regular performance reviews with Visual in-store team.
• Be able to spot key talent to develop and progress.
• Help and Support Town VM and Area VM to train & develop Senior ISM’s ready to step up.
• Work closely with VSM & RVSM.

• Travel & Movements:
• To be flexible with working hours especially during peak trading times.

Requirements:
• 1-year proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser (Preferably in a sports/fashion customer focused retail environment)
• Solid experience in field of visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong Client-Service Mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment

• Teamwork and cooperation
• Fluent English and MS Office knowledge
