Assistant Front Office Manager
for Porto Carras
(season 2026)
The Assistant Front Office Manager will play a key supportive role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department. You will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing guest services, and leading the front office team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences in line with the hotel's high standards.
About the role:
• Assist in managing the front desk, reservations, concierge, and related operations.
• Support and motivate the Front Office team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Help implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and mentorship of front office staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the Front Office department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a front office supervisory or assistant managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (Protel) and reservation systems is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Proactive, guest-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
