As Assistant Financial Controller you will take increasing responsibility in managing the UK day-to-day finance processes and support the Group Financial Controller/CFO in tasks relating to the group. This is an exciting time to be joining the company as we pursue growth and hence will be plenty of opportunity for working collaboratively to improve systems and problem solving in both the UK and global entities.

Tasks:
• Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Monthly/Quarterly financial closing across the group (accruals and journals)
• Quarterly Financial reporting to partners
• Employee expense and Prepayment card management
• Keeping our ERP system up to date with new bank, supplier and client transactions
• Chance to be involved in a variety of tasks across the financial department

Requirements and skills:
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to innovate and suggest new ideas
• Proactive individual, able to self-manage projects, adjust priorities and work under pressure.
