Job Title: Assistant Financial Controller

Department: G&A

Reporting to: Director of Finance

Location: Sapirim industrial park, Shaar hanegev (Near Sapir College, Sderot)

Job Scope: Full-time

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accu-racy and compliance with accounting standards.

Support and help improve the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analy-sis and financial modeling.

Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory re-quirements and company policies.

Perform analytical reviews of company activities, including profitability calculations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes.

Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and process opti-mization.

Assist in preparing materials for management and board reporting.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

Familiarity with financial systems (Priority experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level English proficiency in all aspects: reading, writing, and speaking.
