Assistant Cook (Part Time)

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing the mise en place in the kitchen, supporting the kitchen staff, and preparing everything necessary for staff meals in the dining room.

What will I be doing?

Set up and organize the food and utensils needed for the staff dining room buffet

Collect food and utensils from the buffet at the end of the meal shift

Ensuring organization and hygiene in the kitchen

Storing and checking the validity of food

Labeling food

Replenishing food in the staff buffet

Serving food to staff

Assisting kitchen staff when necessary

During shift changes, passing on the necessary information to the next shift

Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Prepare mise en place for the staff dining room

Training in Food
Previous experience in industrial kitchen
