Assistant Controller

Your mission:
• Manage the end-to-end monthly and annual closing processes, including year-end specifications and external audit support.
• Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and manage sub-administrations like fixed assets, inventory, and service contracts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and handle accruals, provisions, and bank balance corrections.
• Monitor overdue payments and manage proactive customer follow-ups to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Prepare external statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and internal reports, including forecasts and margin analyses.
• Review and submit VAT declarations and handle statistical filings and intercompany reconciliations.
• Provide financial expertise for IT projects and advise on system configurations to streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement initiatives to standardize financial processes and increase overall operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of financial administration and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Understanding of internal processes and procedures.
• Strong command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Advanced skills in data analytics in Excel and BI tools.
