Construction Surveyor to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a willingness to be mentored and take direction from the Surveyor

Assist in a variety of survey-related tasks such as the setup of conventional survey and GPS systems, survey data collection, and other duties

Inspect, operate and maintain survey equipment, tools and vehicles

Full compliance and active participation in the Apex Geomatics’ Health and Safety Program

Adherence with quality assurance procedures and quality control practices.

Assist in the completion of daily field documentation and reports

Ability to conduct yourself with a professional, cordial attitude with clients

Role Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required

1 year of industry experience or post-secondary training in an applicable field would be considered an asset

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions

Have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction

Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with team members.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
