Currently we are looking for Assistant Client Relations Coordinator for our Indian operations -Kollam (Chavara) with the following skill set
Skillset required:
• Should have excellent communication skill in English
• Should be Smart, Hardworking, Sincere, Confident & Result Oriented
• Should have good knowledge in computer and IT terms.
• Prepares tender documents in coordination with end user and reviews technical specifications for consistency and accuracy.
o Reviews technical evaluation and communicates with vendors for technical clarifications.
o Prepares commercial evaluation sheets and prepares awarding recommendations for head of procurement approval.
o Prepares contract templates in coordination with legal department and verifies business aspects of contracts prior to signature.
o Follows up contract execution in coordination with end users and forwards monthly invoices to Finance for payment.
o Minimum 1-3 yrs. of experience in handling clients.
Joining time frame : 2 weeks (Maximum 1 month)
