About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Chief of Staff to join our Johannesburg office. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, strategy, and technology.

You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop a strong foundation across multiple business functions.
What You'll Do
• Support the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, task tracking, and coordination across teams.
• Assist with project management by organizing timelines, following up on deliverables, and keeping priorities on track.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that support leadership decision-making.
• Serve as a communication bridge between departments, helping streamline workflows and improve how we work together.
Requirements:
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing the details.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
