Position Overview:
ClearSight LASIK and Lens, a premier vision correction practice with locations in Oklahoma City, OK, and Plano, TX, is seeking a high‑caliber Assistant Center Director to support leadership of our Cataract and Refractive Surgery Center.
This role is ideal for a motivated, operationally minded leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and is eager to grow into senior leadership. The Assistant Center Director works closely with the Center Director and Medical Director, Dr. Luke Rebenitsch, to ensure operational excellence, exceptional patient experiences, and alignment with ClearSight core values: Be Precise, Honor Each Person, Reach for Remarkable, and Stay Humble.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Support
Assist in day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and premium patient experience
Supervises team members in collaboration with the Center Director objectives
Support implementation of workflows, policies, and performance metrics
Serve as operational leader in absence of Center Director
Team Coordination & Development
Support supervision of clinical, administrative, marketing, and patient‑experience teams
Reinforce ClearSight culture and accountability
Assist with onboarding, training, and performance coaching
Patient Experience Excellence
Ensure seamless patient flow from consultation through post‑operative care
Address patient concerns and service recovery issues
Uphold high standards for communication and outcomes
Business & Growth Support
Track KPIs related to volume, conversion, efficiency, and satisfaction
Support referral development and community relationships
Participate in rollout of new technologies and services
Insurance & Financial Navigation
Support patient education regarding insurance and elective financing
Coordinate with billing and counseling teams
Multi‑Site Collaboration
Collaborate with Plano, TX leadership as needed
Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years healthcare operations or leadership experience
Ophthalmology or ASC experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
