Assistant (Almacén-Administrativo)

Requirements

* Licenciatura o carrera técnica en Administración, Dirección de Empresas, Gestión de Almacenes, Control de Inventarios o afín.

* Nivel de inglés: básico a intermedio.

* Disponibilidad de tiempo completo de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs.

* Persona entusiasta, organizada y con actitud proactiva.

* Se requiere una persona de confianza, ya que tendrá acceso directo a la bodega y a materiales.

Activities

* Gestión de insumos por marca en bodega

* Llevar control del inventario de productos y materiales específicos de cada marca.

* Coordinar el ingreso y salida de insumos, asegurando su correcto almacenamiento y etiquetado.

* Mantener actualizada la base de datos de existencias y necesidades por campaña.

* Armado de kits de envío

* Apoyar en el armado de kits según las pautas de cada marca.

* Asegurar la presentación adecuada de los kits, cuidando los detalles y estándares de calidad.

* Envío de kits a destinatarios

* Coordinar el envío de kits a creadores, prensa u otros destinatarios clave.

* Hacer seguimiento de entregas y resolver posibles incidencias logísticas.

* Actualizar registros con fechas de envío, guías y confirmaciones de entrega.

* Apoyo administrativo

* Colaborar con el equipo de la cuenta en tareas operativas y de soporte logístico.

* Contribuir a la organización de documentos
