The Asset Specialist serves as the relationship owner for all third-party hardware vendors and manages workflow to ensure the hardware is ordered, tracked, returned, and delivered. This position works as the liaison with Finance to provide reconciliation reporting of all hardware that’s been ordered and delivered, maintains in-house hardware storage, and provides support to both the Activation and Support teams when complex hardware issues arise.

Job Duties

• Manages and monitors hardware inventory for third-party vendors and internal storage
• Tracks deliveries to and from partners
• Provides escalation point for partners when additional hardware is needed
• Forecasts inventory levels and orders capital stock as necessary
• Assists Implementation and Support teams when RMAs are needed or if hardware issues arise
• Creates hardware and software documentation for all products
• Perform intuitive user acceptance testing of new product features involving hardware
• Strategically modifies hardware processes to improve customer experience
• Works through Salesforce analytics to determine efficiency growth opportunities
• Consistently reviews processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiencies
• Helps team when various urgent projects are needed
• Works with Finance to provide reporting and reconciliation for all hardware
• Communicate all moving pieces of the hardware journey with all parties to keep informed throughout

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, previous domestic and international logistics experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Working knowledge of Salesforce software
• Convey patience, leadership, and calm in stressful situations
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills are crucial

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the hospitality, accounting, and/or golf industry is desirable
• Previous experience with the GolfNow suite of products, or other electronic reservation/POS systems, is highly desirable

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Orlando, FL
• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during critical projects.
• Ability to be “on-call” during major implementations.
