Asset Servicing Associate

Role Overview:

Asset Services London plays a vital role within the Client’s global asset servicing division. The London team manages voluntary corporate action deadlines across EMEA markets, ensuring accurate reconciliation, validation, and timely submission of client elections to a global network of custodians. This role supports the end-to-end processing of equity-related corporate actions, requiring strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Processing both standard and non-standard transactions within the assigned process area.

• Working as part of a specialist regional team supporting a specific product set or functional workflow.

• Demonstrating a solid understanding of internal and external client requirements.

• Responding to client queries with accuracy, clarity, and speed.

• Following defined procedures and completing all relevant checklists to ensure compliance and control.

• Handling core daily activities such as:

• Expiry processing

• Regulatory reporting

• Position maintenance

• Processing incoming and outgoing post

• Identifying potential risk items and escalating them promptly to management
