Asset Operations/Operations Manager

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth operation with respect to documentation adequacy, messenger services and transportation 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adequacy and accuracy of all the documentation of logistics         
• Arranging and ensuring timely availability of the messenger for clearing customs, inspection, handling cargo for export, DO, cheque and document collection
• Arranging the transportation as required                           
• Taking customer feedback and ensuring continuous improvement of services to meet the customer demand

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 

 Master’s degree preferred. 

∙Proven 3+ years’ experience in an operations management role, preferably within the 

renewable energy or manufacturing industry. 

∙Strong leadership and team management skills. 

∙Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

∙Proficiency in operations management software and tools. 

∙Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. 

∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

∙Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
