About the role
We're seeking an Asset Manager to oversee asset reliability, customer relationship and operational performance of Jord Asset(s) at a designated site(s)

What you'll do

Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing communications, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional engagement.

Identify and validate leads for spare parts, services, and new projects, while managing the end-to-end proposal process to maximize order conversions.

Oversee day-to-day site operations and equipment performance to meet SLAs, ensuring safety compliance, technical issue resolution, and team development.

What you'll bring

Possesses a background in Engineering or a relevant trade

Requires an engineering degree with specific, highly-regarded experience in filtration processes (concentrate, tailings, and paste).

Offers 3–5 years of experience in site operations or asset management, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to asset excellence.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.

Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
