We play a crucial role in supporting the resource sector by delivering high-quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services, ensuring seamless operations for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to take strategic and operational ownership of a high-value asset portfolio across our Mining East FM platform. This is a critical leadership role focused on maximising asset performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering long-term value for our clients.

As the trusted custodian of client assets, you’ll provide technical authority and governance across the full asset lifecycle—shaping asset strategy, optimising maintenance and reliability, and driving informed CAPEX and OPEX investment decisions. A key success factor is ensuring asset systems, data, and registers always reflect on-site reality.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home. The position also requires regular, ad hoc travel to multiple sites across our eastern states portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic and operational management of physical assets aligned to contractual, statutory, and ISO 55000 requirements
• Development and delivery of asset lifecycle, renewal, and replacement strategies
• CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling
• Asset condition, criticality, and risk assessment to prioritise investment
• Technical authority for asset acceptance, commissioning, and handover
• Governance of CMMS/EAM data accuracy and continuous improvement
• Stakeholder engagement to align asset decisions with client and business outcomes
• Identification of asset efficiencies to reduce cost Kind regards, and improve reliability

About you:

• Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar)
• 5+ years’ experience in asset management or reliability engineering
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and ISO 55000 frameworks
• Experience managing large, multi-site or critical infrastructure portfolios
• High level of capability in CMMS/EAM systems and asset data governance
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
