We are hiring an Asset Management Technician assist a customer with preparing annual capital and operating budgets; conducting real property site visits and inspections, processing space management requests, utilizing automated systems to manage portfolio, facilitates the record keeping for all phases of property life-cycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee DEVCOM-CBC assets to include tracking, maintaining, and updating to ensure assets are in good
condition and used efficiently for the best value to the Government.
Oversee asset management policies and procedures to include developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures.
Oversee asset management reporting to include monitoring and reporting on asset performance and utilization.
Oversee asset management compliance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide asset management guidance to include advice and guidance on asset management issues to other departments.
Coordinate asset management with other departments to ensure assets are used efficiently and effectively.
Manage asset security by implementing and monitoring security measures for communication systems and networks.
Provide asset management training to include management principles, processes, and procedures.
Coordinate the efforts of all personnel to meet assigned goals.
Adjust operations and personnel to meet assigned goals.
Maintain records for accountability and to an audit standard.
Deliver excellent customer service both to internal and external customers while working collaboratively
to build professional relationships (i.e., personnel, customers, etc.).
Identify safety concerns to the Supervisor and other required stakeholders. (DOD, ARMY, OSHA, ANSI,
other industries identified).
Assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to the COR when requested.
Provide and assist with required monthly data to the Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix of all
related matters.
Ensure all administrative functions/paperwork are in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders,
or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format.
Maintain a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail.
Support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 Years of Asset Management/Property Management experience, Associates of Arts Degree, and an active CLASS C Driver’s License
or
Minimum of 5 Years of Asset Management/Property Management experience, High School Diploma/GED,
and an active CLASS C Driver’s License
