Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 15 years

Location: Gurgaon

JobType: full-time

Requirements:
Over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, including a minimum of 7 years in leadership roles managing large application engineering teams.

Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, with a focus on agile delivery and best practices in technical product ownership.

Familiarity with the asset management industry.

Demonstrated experience in overseeing large, matrixed, and geographically distributed teams, ideally consisting of 200 or more members.

Experience in spearheading organizational AI transformation, which includes enhancing team skills, integrating AI into SDLC processes, and establishing ethical AI practices.

Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
