The ITACM Assistant Manager is responsible of the following activities. ITACM will include these domains:

1. Core Domains:

a. ITAM – IT Asset Management

b. SAM – Software Asset Management

c. ITCM – IT Capacity Management

2. Transversal:

a. ITRM – IT Renewals Management

b. GRCA – Governance Risk Compliance & Audits

c. PTC – Process Tools & Communication

ITACM:

· Ownership on ITAM & SAM for the India/Singapore (Regional Datacenter Only)

· Effective implementation and management of ITAM & SAM Practices

· Efficient Lifecycle Management of IT Assets, Software Licenses and Digital Assets

· Ensure conformance to internal and external audits

· Enable quality reporting and metrics to achieve 100% of KPIs and milestones

· Incorporate and operationally run a strong communication and governance management with the internal customers and vendors

· Move ahead on the maturity model and ensure there is sustenance, with a continuous service improvement plan

· Calendar and drive the Technology Refresh plan, which are in line with the contractual terms and technology stand points.

· Understanding and adherence to licensing terms of the various enterprise licensed products deployed in/by

· Mitigating the risks due to terms and conditions and quick attention in having good control of the situation

· Understanding of various kinds of software products and their Licensing. Specifically, Server based licensing for all major vendors (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, CA, etc.)

· Experience of Software Asset management tool, inventory and audit tools

· Good knowledge of data management and ability to analyze huge data and provide meaningful insight into reports and highlight risks at each required level in the organization
