Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit an ambitious and energetic Asset Data Acquisition Engineer
Intern role within India, who will help Candi to further deliver premium solar solutions. Given that Candi is taking
solar into a new realm with a new set of tools, the role will require creativity, innovation and proactive
involvement.

The job requires taking ownership of the following for the Indian team:
● Setup and maintenance of data acquisition hardware & infrastructure from the Solar PV systems to the
cloud servers.
● Oversee technical data export specification compliance, validity, integrity and delivery consistency
● Contribute to the maximization of Solar PV production units by ensuring high data quality and availability
● Assist Maintenance team in the field to troubleshoot hardware setup
● Support maintenance of PLC logics and functionalities for energy management and control
● Support the Asset Data Acquisition and Asset Management team in resolving communication issues.

Location:
● Pune.
● Flexibility to work from home on a regular basis (hybrid work)
● Occasional travel to candi sites and candi offices in India

Hours: Full time (five days per week)

Job Requirements:
● University graduate (BTech / BEng / Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation/
Networking / Energy Systems), or equivalent
● Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers, data loggers and industrial automation
● Interest in hands-on IT systems / SCADA / Industrial Automations systems work (occasionally in the field)
● Highly analytical individual good at finding inconsistencies in larger data samples
● Autonomous and persistent problem solver applying critical thinking without relying on spoon fed
instructions
● Experience in PLC coding is a plus
● Desire to work in an open international environment, sharing ideas and learnings across borders and
cultures
