Role Purpose

The Asset Alchemist is responsible for converting existing assets into market-ready, repeatable Kits. This role ensures that what the organization already builds can be reused, scaled, and monetized effectively across customers and markets.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, mine, and evaluate reusable assets across company and partners

·       Assess assets for scalability, differentiation, and market relevance

·       Package assets into clearly defined Kits, accelerators, or enablers

·       Define kit scope, readiness criteria, documentation, and handover to GTM and delivery

·       Maintain a clear asset-to-portfolio mapping aligned with Helix priorities

What We Are Looking For

·      15+ years background in product management, solution architecture, or platform engineering

·       Proven experience turning internal solutions into external offerings

·       Strong judgment and ability to say “no” to non-scalable ideas

·       Structured thinker with a bias for reuse and simplicity

What may not work

·       Purely product/project/technology mindset

·       Counts assets but can’t explain value

·       Avoids hard “kill” decisions

·       Falls in love with complexity
