Assembly Apprenticeship

Role Summary:

This apprenticeship role supports daily operations across various factory areas while contributing to process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with supervisors and tutors, gaining hands‑on experience while developing technical skills in a real manufacturing environment.

Your role:

Collaborate in different areas of the factory with the person in charge assigned by the area supervisor.
Analyze the processes where you are doing the practices with the aim of proposing process improvements to the tutor..
Daily communication with the area supervisors and at least once a week with the tutor at the work center..
Develop a summary of the practices defined in collaboration with the tutor at the work center and the one at the teaching center.

Your profile:

Currently enrolled in at least the intermediate level of a mechatronics training module.
Have passed all the subjects from the previous course.
Availability to work in shifts.
Ability to interpret.
Knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
Proactive, cooperative and willing to work in a team
