The Role and Impact
As a Process Integration (NPI Integration Engineer), you will play a critical role in driving Intel's manufacturing excellence and advancing our position as a leader in the technology industry. This role focuses on incoming new product and technology transfer, sustaining high-quality manufacturing processes, and ensuring continuous improvement programs to enhance the reliability and yield of our products. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge methodologies to solve complex challenges and deliver impactful results. Your contributions will influence flawless execution in bringing innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities
• Supports roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, milestones, and goals.
• Develop and implement efficient process flows and procedures.
• Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using statistical analysis, machine learning, and coding techniques such as SQL.
• Own sustaining and continuous improvement activities for quality and integrated defect and parametric measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Establish and maintain continuous improvement programs to prevent quality, line yield excursions.
• Foster growth within the organization and acting as a change agent aligned with Intel values.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a specialized field such as engineering, material science, or equivalent experience per business needs.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Self-motivated and self-directed to learn and find sources of knowledge and information to perform work.
• Must have demonstrated track record of proficiency in working in a high performing team culture which includes excellent teamwork and leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and visualization using tools like SQL, JMP or similar analytical tools
• Strong understanding of process integration and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of material science and its application in manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in driving cross-functional problem-solving and group collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to identify and define solutions to mitigate start-up risks, report outs and investigation of issues to determine root cause and solutions.
