As a Bituminous Roller Operator you will be in charge of rolling patterns to help to get the best density to make the best roads from start to finish.

Requirements:

Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Iowa

Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites

Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class A

Acceptable motor vehicle record

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Determines speed and direction of machine and compressibility of materials under changing temperatures to eliminate ridges

While operating equipment, maintain clear and effective communication with people and equipment around you

Performs maintenance and light repairs to roller

Performs other tasks as needed
