Asphalt/Paving Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt/Paving Project Manager to oversee and manage asphalt and paving projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of asphalt and paving projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all work.

Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to stay on track.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing cost estimates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in asphalt and paving project management.

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
