Job Description

We are hiring for several asphalt crew roles for our asphalt paving team. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking professionals who knows how to work behind the paver, maintain grade, and help deliver clean, high-quality asphalt finishes. All applicants must have verifiable experience within the industry. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license. A CDL is preferred but not required.

Roller Operator

Lute Man / Raker

Asphalt Field Tech

Street Broom Truck Operators

Paving Machine / Asphalt / Milling Machine Foremen and Operators

Requirements:

Prior experience working with asphalt

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving practices and jobsite expectations

Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and physical conditions

Reliable transportation to the jobsite each day

Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

OSHA or roadway experience is a plus

Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience.
