We are currently seeking a Laborer to join our growing Asphalt Maintenance team. This role focuses on sealcoating, striping, and crack filling for asphalt projects.

Responsibilities:

Apply seal coating materials

Perform manual labor, including shoveling, sweeping, and raking

Operate and maintain seal coating equipment

Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies

Assist with striping and crack-filling operations

Qualifications:

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation

Ability to lift, carry, and place heavy objects

Dependable attendance and consistent work ethic
