What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns across multiple geographies and app categories.
• Conduct ASO strategies: keyword research, metadata optimization, screenshots, and A/B testing to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CPT, CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) as well as organic performance indicators (impressions, rankings, CVR), providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure alignment between ads and user journey.
• Stay updated on ASA & ASO trends, industry best practices, and iOS privacy policy changes.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (2+ years) in managing Apple Search Ads campaigns and/or App Store Optimization.
• Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, attribution, and MMPs.
• Proficiency in performance marketing KPIs, campaign optimization techniques, and ASO tools.
• Experience with other UA channels such as Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong command of English at B2 level or higher, in both written and verbal communication.
• High potential, ambitious, sharp mind: You don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
• Structured thinker with strong analytical skills; you enjoy making sense of numbers and reports.
• Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace.
