AECOM México busca un Asistente de Supervisión /Document Control para laborar en Cusco.

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

• Ser responsable de que la información relevante del proyecto este correctamente cargada al sistema informático de comunicaciones (ACC) y que se lleven a cabo los procesos y flujos de revisiones correspondientes según el plan del proyecto. Llevar un registro de estas acciones.
• Apoyar a la supervision sobre contratista y subcontratistas, velando por el cumplimiento de los requisitos en todas las tareas asignadas.
• Apoyar a la supervision sobre contratista y subcontratistas, para que todo el personal del contratista, subcontratistas y proveedores cumplan con los estándares de calidad y SHE establecidos en los planes respectivos.
• Asegurar y llevar control para que todo el personal del contratista y subcontratistas en la aplicación y ejecución de los procedimientos de trabajos de campo cumpla los procedimientos de ingreso al proyecto.
• Apoyar con el registro y seguimiento del transporte de las muestras y la ejecución de los ensayos de laboratorio.
• Apoyar a la supervision SHE en el cumplimiento de las indicaciones y lineamientos.
• Archivar y llevar registros de los informes de campo diarios, reportes semanales, mensuales y reportes de geotecnia por paquetes en coordinación con el equipo de supervision.
• Participar en las reuniones diarias, semanales y charlas de seguridad diarias programadas.
• Participar en las reuniones semanales con personal de AECOM y/u otra entidad del proyecto.
• Participar en actividades que por normativa o necesidades del proyecto se asignen dentro de su competencia.

Requisitos Minímos:

• Egresado(a) o bachiller en Ingeniería Civil, Geológica, Ambiental, Geólogo o carreras afines + Ninguna o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educación

Preferencias:

• Egresado(a) o bachiller en Ingeniería Civil, Geológica, Ambiental, Geólogo o carreras afines.
• Experiencia general de 2 años, preferentemente en temas relacionados con la geotecnia o laboratorios de suelos.
• Experiencia en estudios o consultorías, manejo de información o asistencia de oficina de proyectos.
• Alto nivel de manejo de paquetes de informáticos para ingeniería y manejo de datos. Programas como Excel, Word, MS Teams, Cad, plataforma Autodesk BIM360 y/o similares.
• Conocimientos básicos en ISO 45001, 14001 y 9001.
• Experiencia especifica de trabajos en campo para estudios de suelos en carreteras, aeropuertos, puentes u obras de envergadura.
• Dominio de plataforma Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Conocimiento básico de normativa INACAL y NTP-ISO 17025 para laboratorios.
• Conocimientos básicos en sistemas de gestión, Last planner, Lookahead o similares.
• Ingles nivel intermedio.

• El patrocinio para la autorización de trabajo en Perú no está disponible para este puesto, ni ahora ni en el futuro.
