Job Description

Responsable de la gestión administrativa y atención de canales de cotización, consultas y reclamos de clientes SGS, así como la gestión documental y actualización de acreditaciones de portales de licitación y  gestión de encuestas de satisfacción y reclamos

• Atender canales actuales y futuros acorde a modelo de Servicio al Cliente
• Velar por el registro de solicitudes, Leads y consultas en CRM
• Velar por la adecuada actualización y acreditación de documentos de portales
• Gestionar reclamos y solicitudes de certificados provenientes de canales de servicio al cliente
• Generar y gestionar leads de venta
• Gestionar el envío y recopilación de resultados de encuestas de satisfacción

Formación académica:

Tecnólogo o estudiante de últimos semestres en administración de empresas, áreas comerciales, ingeniería industrial o afines.

Experiencia: Experiencia mínima de 1 año en áreas de atención comercial en modalidad presencial o telefónica (callcenter), administración de contratos y documentación de licitaciones y portales

Conocimientos técnicos:

CRM

MS Office nivel intermedio.

Conocimiento en portales de licitación (preferible)

Idiomas: inglés B1 (Preferible)
