Job Description

SGS COLOMBIA

Causación de facturas de proveedores nacionales, del exterior, vinculados económicos y para consorcios.

· Recepción y verificación de las facturas de proveedores contra el libro de registro.

· Entrega a tesorería de las facturas para su respectivo pago.

· Responsable de: registros de caja elaborados por Tesorería, la causación facturas de clientes; el registro contable de los cobros de gastos reembolsables a los consorcios y de las notas débito y crédito bancarias. El registro de los anticipos de gastos de viaje y a proveedores que se requieran. Y de la legalización de anticipos que soliciten mensualmente los sectores

· Generación certificados de retención en la fuente a titulo de industria y comercio y Ventas, para proveedores (bimestral)

· Apoyo en el análisis y conciliación de las cuentas contables.

· Responsable de la contabilización de documentos contables.

· Seguimiento de la legalización oportuna de los anticipos entregados.

· Suministro de información requerida para reportes a la región y a casa matriz.

· Las demás funciones que sean asignadas a su cargo.

Formación académica: Estudiante de últimos semestres, Técnico o Tecnólogo en Contaduría y/o afines.

Experiencia: Un (1) año de experiencia relacionada
