(AS) National Retail Sales Manager (Cosmetics/Beauty)

Position: National Retail Sales Manager
Work Engagement: Permanent
Work Days: 4 days in stores, 2 days in office (varies, depends from time to time)
Nationwide (covers North and South Luzon, VisMin)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to manage our multiple k-beauty brand stores!

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage the day-to-day sales operations of a business. They are also responsible for coaching and motivating sales representatives, analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for growth. Setting goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month. They also implement marketing strategies to analyze trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls. The Sales Manager is responsible for the success of their company’s sales department

Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in managing sales. Specifically in retail and beauty/cosmetics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Ability to travel
• Any related degree is preferred but not required.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Knows how to analyze sales data
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
