About the position
Are you ready to take the lead in bringing our brands to life on shelves worldwide? As an Artwork Production Specialist, you will manage the global packaging artwork process for the entire Flora Food Group including Private Label projects—turning creative concepts into flawless, print-ready designs that consumers recognize and trust.
Your role is to ensure every artwork project runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards. Using our artwork management system E-Flow, you’ll initiate and oversee projects from start to finish, working closely with internal teams like Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain, and external partners such as design agencies, print management experts, and printers.
You’ll be the technical expert guiding stakeholders through the entire journey—from adaptive design to color separations—making sure every detail meets brand guidelines and is technically printable.
You will:
• Lead the end-to-end artwork process: from adaptive design through artwork creation and color separation.
• Collaborate with marketing and design agencies during the design phase, providing technical input to ensure designs are print-ready.
• Manage timelines and approvals in E-Flow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in full.
• Understand brand DNA and category guidelines, applying them consistently across all packaging.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring compliance and technical excellence throughout the process.
How Will You Make an Impact?
• Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Delivering artwork in a fast-paced environment where timelines are tight and artwork is always on the critical path.
• Driving process discipline and influencing others to follow best practices in E-Flow.
• Continuously improving efficiency through project management, KPI visibility, and optimized ways of working.
• Acting as both a technical expert and a business partner to Marketing and other functions.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are a strong communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams. Confident in holding people accountable, you ensure that projects stay on track and meet deadlines. With solid organizational awareness and proven project management experience, you understand how to navigate complex workflows effectively. Your knowledge of packaging design processes, print technologies, and colour separations enables you to oversee artwork production with precision. Flexible and adaptable when project scopes change, you bring a positive attitude and great team spirit to everything you do.
