• Packaging Artwork Management
• Proven expertise in artwork delivery-on-time and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global/regional packaging standards and guidelines.
• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams (design agency, segment, plant) and stakeholders.
• Manage regular packaging artwork changes when business needs.
• Deep understanding of branding, coupled with the ability to create and refine pack copies in collaboration with brand teams.
• Design Agency Management
• Select and oversee external design and artwork production agencies, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, quality expectations, and brand compliance.
• Provide creative direction and review design outputs to ensure alignment with visual identity and packaging strategy.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Global & regional Marketing and Plants to gather inputs and ensure packaging artworks meet cross-functional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Packaging, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging artwork development, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, packaging materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing external design and artwork agencies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
