Details:
The Artwork & Label Coordinator will provide to support to the Artwork & Labeling Specialists in the creation and tracking of label projects, operating in accordance with industry regulations, compliance requirements and SOPs to support the achievement of business goals. Strong organization, prioritization, and systems skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate project set-up in Artwork & Labeling system
• Perform tracker updates on current label projects, working with Artwork & Labeling system and Excel based files
• Generate reports for Artwork & Labeling Specialists
• Proven in-depth organization skills and communication skills
• Ability to analyze quickly with strict attention to detail
• Demonstrated competency in the following areas upon completion of requisite training: SOPs, Departmental Guidebook procedures, product knowledge and Artwork/Labeling systems
• Experience with proofreading/text review of key documents in a plus
