Psychological Therapist/ Art Psychotherapist - Full Time

Are you a compassionate and creative Art Psychotherapist with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people?
We're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care within our services.
What will you be doing?
As a key member of our clinical team, you will;
Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our young people.
Offer consultancy and support to staff teams across care and education settings.
Contribute to multi-agency working to support holistic care planning.
Conduct clinical assessments, develop formulations, and create intervention plans.
Deliver training to staff teams across the organisation.
Build strong working relationships internally and with external partners.
Play a vital role in the integration of clinical, educational, and care services.
Engage in continuous professional development and receive regular supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
You will need:
HCPC registration or accreditation with BACP, BPS or a recognised equivalent.
A Master’s-level qualification in Art Psychotherapy.
Experience working within the Looked After Children/CAMHS system.
A strong understanding of attachment theory and complex trauma.
Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities.
Confidence in working systemically with carers, educators, and other professionals.
The ability to deliver impactful training, consultancy, and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.

This role is based at our Head Office in Cruckton, Shrewsbury but may involve some travel to our other sites.
