The Opportunity: Are you a talented Art Director – hungry to make your mark on a leading global CPG brand? We're searching for an exceptional creative team with a proven track record in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to craft breakthrough, award-winning campaigns that are not only conceptually brilliant but also culturally relevant, social-first, and flawlessly executed. You'll be challenged to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to a brand ready for its next iconic chapter.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
• Ideate & Conceptualize: Collaborate seamlessly to generate groundbreaking, strategic, and innovative "big ideas" that solve complex client challenges and achieve measurable results within the CPG landscape.
• Campaign Development: Translate strategic briefs into compelling, integrated creative campaigns across a wide range of channels, including digital, social, video, print, OOH, and experiential.
• Social & Cultural Fluency: Develop engaging, thumb-stopping, and culturally relevant social-first content and campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform best practices, emerging trends, and diverse consumer insights.
• Art Direction: Design visually stunning and conceptually powerful work with a clean, modern aesthetic, maintaining exceptional attention to detail from concept to final execution. Oversee visual execution across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and the highest level of craft. Master design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and stay ahead of visual trends.
• Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Consistently challenge the status quo and push creative boundaries to develop innovative solutions and 'out-of-the-box' approaches that differentiate our brands in a competitive market.
• Presentation & Collaboration: Confidently and articulately present ideas to internal teams and clients, effectively articulating creative rationale and incorporating feedback thoughtfully.
• Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards of craft and execution, striving for award-winning potential in every project.
• Team Contribution: Contribute to a positive, inspiring, and collaborative team environment.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience each (Copywriter and Art Director) within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing exceptional CPG campaign work is non-negotiable.
• Conceptual Strength: A portfolio rich with strong conceptual thinking, big ideas, and impactful campaigns.
• Design Excellence: An outstanding portfolio demonstrating clean, contemporary design principles, strong typography, layout, photography direction, and proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Social Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing highly effective social media content and campaigns across diverse platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Cultural Savvy: A finger on the pulse of current cultural trends, consumer insights, and an innate ability to translate them into relevant, inclusive, and modern creative work.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful internal and client collaboration.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Bonus Points:
• Direct experience with Skin and Beauty brands within your CPG portfolio.
• Experience winning industry awards (e.g., Clios, One Show, D&AD, Cannes Lions, Effies).
• Familiarity with emerging technologies or interactive experiences.
