We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Art Director to lead our creative design function and bring compelling visual storytelling to life. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic sense, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles across digital and offline mediums. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of projects, ensuring consistency in brand identity, and delivering innovative design solutions that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, illustrators, and visual artists to deliver high-quality creative outputs across campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Define and drive the overall creative vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs for digital platforms, print media, social campaigns, and integrated marketing communications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and leadership to translate ideas into impactful visual narratives.
• Review and approve creative assets, providing constructive feedback to maintain design excellence and consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously elevate creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–19 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-impact work.
• Proven expertise in visual design, branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated experience in leading creative teams and managing end-to-end design projects.
• Excellent conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business objectives.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments such as agencies, startups, or high-growth organizations.
• Exposure to motion graphics, video production, or interactive design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage ambiguity effectively.
